I went to see Dr. Kapoor for a second opinion and so glad I did. He gave me detailed information on what was going on with my eye, a suggestion of how and why I am having this problem and what we can do about it. He gave me a detailed plan to monitor progress of the situation and told me what I could expect and not expect in the future. The point is, when you are dealing with your eyes, there can be a lot of anxiety when having trouble with your vision. Having information from a professional offers comfort in and uncomfortable situation. Dr. Kapoor has a wonderful smile, positive demeanor, soft spoken and an assuring bed side manner. Exactly what I needed. Thank you, Dr. Kapoor! See you again in four weeks!

As always, I receive excellent care when I visit Dr. Wagner's practice. The staff is friendly and Dr. Wagner is the most friendly of all. He is an excellent doctor and I feel his treatments are saving my vision.

I think Dr. Wagner is a brilliant man. Every time I go for my appointment, he amazes me with his happy attitude and knowledge about eyes. I've been going to him for about 8 years and he's been able to stop the progression of my macular degeneration. I'm so fortunate that I moved to Virginia Beach and found him. He's a wonderful doctor and person.
