Not the most pleasant of circumstances, but Dr. Wagner did a great job of putting me at ease and directing the staff for my detached retina repair. He was calm and professional, while friendly and compassionate.
I would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone requiring eye surgery.

Patient experience is a priority. My impression based on my first visit is that WMRC hires technicians, assistants and specialists who are either naturally affable or trained well. Dr. Kapoor explained what he was doing and what it all meant to me in the best manner possible. They may see hundreds of patients in an hour but there's no factory feel here. You can tell a lot of thought goes into making people comfortable and providing the best care possible.
