My experience with Dr. Wagner and his staff was totally worth a 5 star.The staff was very friendly and efficient. The wait was reasonable. and Dr. Wagner was polite, funny and most importantly thorough. He also had a interesting way of explaining my condition to me and my husband.

I had met Dr. Wagner sometime ago when my daughter was in need of an excellent ophthalmologist. So, when I found myself in the need of the same, I came to Dr. Wagner. Dr. Wagner will tell you "like it is" but with kindness and compassion. I have full confidence that he will do everything in his power to save my sight. Dr. Wagner's office staff was polite and helpful and his assistants who administered my test made me feel at ease all through the process. Love Dr. Wagner's bow tie !

Love the staff at the Wagner clinic. Dr. Wagner was especially friendly and professional. However, I forgot to ask him about Macular Pucker. It had been mentioned to me at Beach Eye Care that I had that condition and I wanted to ask Dr. Wagner his opinion. If the office could contact me about this question, it would be appreciated. Dr Kapoor explained the 4-minute laser procedure and what I could expect. I didn't feel rushed when I asked questions. He showed me pictures of my eyes and the problem in my left eye. He calmed my anxieties and took his time with me, and for that he deserves the top rating.

I really like the people who are employed at this office! I feel appreciated as a person not just a patient! Any requests are attended to quickly! All questions are answered to my understanding not just words by the professional! Kudos to this office!

I always have a great experience with the staff. Always helpful and genuine concern when I come in about how I feel. I even appreciate Dr. Kapoor and how he explains ever step and he too is genuinely concerned about me as his patient. I don't feel like a number, I feel like a person/ patient.
