I appreciate Dr. Kapoor's willingness to let you see behind the curtain. He encourages me to ask questions though I try to be mindful that they have a very busy practice. He talks with me and not down to me. Though he isn't afraid to use some technical terminology, he still makes things understandable for a mere layman like me. Despite his numerous credentials and skilled confidence, Dr. Kapoor remains a very affable fellow. I recommend him in the blink of an eye.

As usual me and my wife are always pleased. Great support staff too--calm, helpful, informative, efficient, courteous. Great team work. Since we are from NC we were pleased to be seen in the Suffolk office.

I see Dr. Kapoor on a regular basis due to my condition. He will always take the time to explain and respond to my questions in the most friendly and reassuring way. He is always pleasant and in a good mood. I would highly recommend him.

Blonde receptionist was in a bad mood this morning!dont know why , but my 2 cents she should be working with that bad attitude in this kind of business cause it gave your company a bad name.she don't have the know how to deal with patience, transfer her or leg her joint the unemployed.

Dr. Kapoor is always so thorough and honest. He lets me know if there's something I should be concerned with and how I can help my eyes heal on their own. He's never too quick to "set me free" without making sure my has healed properly. I never feel rushed when at an appointment. He carries the highest qualifications for his field and I trust him completely.

Dr. Kapoor is an outstanding eye doctor that is extremely professional and knowledgeable giving the best personal service possible. The Wagner Retina Center provides access to a rather scarce medical specialty and had been providing this service to our area for decades.
