Well staffed with professionals. In an out in less than an hour, and I felt well cared for. When I had a reaction to a treatmen, I was seen as soon as I walked in and the problem was corrected. I felt as though I was a priorty. Outstanding job four times in a row!

dr keeps telling me my eye site is improving and I tell him I don't agree. but I found just recently since my last visit with doctor and while driving that my eye site improves dramatically if I lift my eyelid with my finger that my site increases dramatically and gets much brighter. I think my eyelash is impeding my eyesight. doctor needs to advise how to rectify site problem. thank you, Joseph sahutske

The Kilmarnock office does not seem quite as efficient as Norfolk. Waited >20 minutes past my appointment time to be called back. Somebody dropped the ball so no retinal pictures were taken before Dr. Wagner came in. However, all the staff including Dr. Wagner, had great bedside manner.

It turns out that I tore my retina, although I did not know what I had done to my eye. One quick call to Dr. Kapoor's offices, and they immediately scheduled me for an examination. Once at the Wagner Macula & Retina Center, I received the careful attention of a number of professional staff members, who took pictures and otherwise prepared me for Dr. Kapoor's examination. Although I received an unwelcome diagnosis, Dr. Kapoor provided a prompt solution--laser treatment to remedy the retinal tear. A week later, after instructions not to read or strain my eye, I received my first post-op eye exam--I am well on the road to recovery. I am writing this in appreciation of the Wagner Center and Dr. Kapoor (and a half-dozen caring professional staff-members). If asked, I could and would write a book detailing each of the myriad steps taken to ensure my successful outcome. Thank you, Dr. Kapoor!

Truly appreciate being able to be seen by Dr Kapoor on short notice for an acute condition of my eyes. He and his staff of technicians and nurse practitioner were very friendly, concerned,efficient and professional. Dr Kapoor was very thorough in his exam and explanation of findings and recommendations. Five star plus!
