Excellant cust serv. everyone in office was friendly and the service was great. I had an early appt. and was very pleased with the time spent and explainations of procedures. even just having the pressure in eyes and dialations was introduced before doing drops. Very good if I had been a new patient and even though I knew what was happening it was greatly appreciated.

I arrived on time for my appt. with dr. wagner and was seen immediately by staff for photos, etc., discussion of my concerns and was next in line for dr. wagner's to see me. After a short wait dr. wagner met with me, erased my fears and continue with my treatment. He and his staff are so informed and professional and put me at ease . I have had previous surgery there and it was so successful and I am so grateful with all of them and their professional services and manner. I am so pleased with the care and treatment of my eyes. Dr. Wagner is an excellent doctor. He is very knowledgeable and super caring. If you feel like something is happening with your eyes, he will see you right away. In my book he is the best.

I didn't think anyone could be as proficient and charismatic as Dr. Wagner. Dr. Kapoor is equally as knowledgeable, skilled, and affable as Dr. Wagner. :)

Dr. Kapoor is so nice he is not there just to do services to bill you. He wanted to make sure I would tolerate the injections well. The staff is always so nice and as quick as you can expect because emergencies do happen. I love this place!

Besides being a truly superb clinician, Dr. Kapoor is compassionate and concerned with his patients as people, not just “cases.” He always takes the time to address all my concerns, no matter how busy he is. I am beyond grateful to have such a fine doctor treating my difficult condition.
