I had a problem and was quickly given an appointment with Dr. Kapoor, who examined me thoroughly and explained everything as he did, including what I should watch for and call if they occur.

Both Dr. Wagner (or Dr. Bowtie, as I fondly call him sometimes) & Dr. Kapoor put you at ease right from the get-go with their relaxed, down-to-earth, light-hearted manner. The busy practice's waiting room is welcoming & comfy, & the very efficient staff members are always warm & friendly, quickly easing any worries or fears you may have. The Drs. are impressively knowledgable, skilled as well as their light, deft, nearly painless way that they both somehow are able to administer what you'd usually think would be some daunting treatment procedures. And Dr. Wagner has this uniquely folksy, often charming whimsy about him that defines the entire practice, & which carries through into the whole of its distinctive ambiance, infusing even the downright enjoyable recorded telephone greetings. I'll never trust my eyes to anyone else. Any other retinal practice would pale in comparison to Wagner Retina anyway.

A very pleasant experience. Staff knowledgeable, efficient and welcoming. Waiting time was minimal without being hurried. Dr. Kapoor inspires confidence in his competence.
