The waiting time was short, the staff friendly and efficient and Dr. Kapoor was ready to answer any and all questions and his care was excellent.

I think Dr. Wagner is a brilliant man. Every time I go for my appointment, he amazes me with his happy attitude and knowledge about eyes. I've been going to him for about 8 years and he's been able to stop the progression of my macular degeneration. I'm so fortunate that I moved to Virginia Beach and found him. He's a wonderful doctor and person.

Dr. Wagner is a wonderful doctor and I hope he will continue to care for my eye situation even though I don't always want to comply with his requests. i.e. tests, etc.

Dr. Kapoor is a wonderful doctor. He takes his time with his patients and gives them the attention they need and deserve. The wait time in his office is typically only 10-15 minutes.
